1. What to Expect
​
Your treatment will be carried out by a fully qualified chartered physiotherapist in a professional, respectful environment.
Your first appointment is an initial assessment, where we’ll discuss your health, assess your condition, and agree on your goals and treatment plan. You’ll always be involved in decisions about your care.
Appointments are scheduled as sessions of up to 60 minutes.
If treatment isn’t clinically appropriate, we’ll explain why and suggest alternatives. The assessment fee still applies.
Some treatments may require partial removal of clothing; your comfort and dignity will always be maintained. Consent is checked before treatment begins.
Consent forms for massage or acupuncture may be sent in advance or made available on our website.
You may be given exercises to complete at home — following these helps your progress.
While treatment is evidence-informed, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.​
2. Your Responsibilities

3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
​
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit is deducted from the cost of your session.

48+ hours’ notice: your deposit can be transferred
-
Less than 48 hours’ notice: the deposit is retained
-
No-shows: the deposit is retained (bundle holders will have a session deducted)
If we need to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

4. Late Arrivals
​
If you arrive late, your appointment will still finish at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.
Appointments are booked as time slots rather than billed per minute. Minor delays can occasionally occur despite best efforts.

5. Bundles / Packages
​
Bundles offer discounted rates and must be paid for upfront.
They are non-refundable, but may be shared with friends or family with permission.
Bundles do not expire, though use within 12 months is recommended.

6. Fees & Payment
​
Fees are listed on our website.
Payment is due at the end of each session or upfront for bundles.
If your sessions are funded by an insurer, you are responsible for any shortfall.

7. Professional Boundaries
​
The therapist–patient relationship is strictly professional.
Any behaviour that compromises this may result in treatment being declined or stopped.

8. Safety
​
Treatment may be paused or declined if:

you appear unwell
-
the environment is unsafe
-
you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-
behaviour is inappropriate

9. Confidentiality
​
Your information is confidential and handled in line with GDPR and UK data protection law.
10. Treatment Effects
​
Some treatments may cause temporary soreness, stiffness, bruising, or fatigue.
If you have concerns after a session, please get in touch.

11. Acceptance of Terms
​
By booking, paying for, or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
